ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a high performing Insurance and Financial Representative for Freddie L Noble State Farm you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Most people do not identify as a sales person but in reality we are selling ourselves everyday with our normal encoutners with others.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Multi-Tasker
Willing and able to be state licensed in Property & Casulality and Life/Health (we invest in you with training and support)

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
